Stage 5 (Contacting the Professor)

  • Some universities may not require student to contact the professor. However, other universities probably will ask student to contact the professor first to get their approval. You can contact them via email which is normally provided in the professor official website.
  • Explore the professor research interest, publication
  • Check current students under their supervision. You may get some insights from them.

Stage 6 (Apply to the University)

  • Create account (username/password) – Online application preferred
  • Fill the forms
  • Upload the document required
  • Choose the intake ( normally september-october)
  • When finished, submit.
  • Wait for the outcome around 6 to 8 weeks.

Ok, in the meantime, just pray and/or make application to other university.

good luck,

Wiku S.
